Getting to target

I've been carrying on in much the same vain as in the first half of the year! And now we're in June- crikey!- where'd 6 months go?

Had a bit of a gluttonous 2 weeks, loss my head a bit, but it seems to be fully screwed back on now (for the time being!)

Weight crept up to 13st 5lbs but this week alone has seen it drop by 4lbs! and it's only Wednesday! Don't ask me what the secret is- I've no idea. On Slimming World last year, sometimes I'd be so, so good and shift a measly 1/2lb. Admittedly this week I've been  calorie counting (with Slimming World kept in mind too) and it's dropped off at a ridiculous rate. Not complaining, as I'm sure as hell it won't last!

So I'm back down to 13stone and half a pound today. I really, really want to get to target. I'm not even quite sure where target is, but it's definitely not this. Although I feel amazing in comparison to before Slimming World, I've been this weight for a good 9 months now, and I still feel fat. I see some photos and feel rather deflated- as I've lost so much, but still look chubby!

GW: 11.0.5lb (?) BMI 22.5

To lose: 28lbs

14 weeks til friend's wedding- 2lb a week- boom!
