Oh dear, dear bloggers I've put on about 4 lbs.
I've been happily munching my way through everything and drinking my way through a brewery.
I've had a wedding, hen do, birthday party and leaving do. All are excuses for what is really me not wanting to watch what I eat, pushing it out of my mind, and getting down with some serious eating!
Fear not, today i'm back on the wagon. I have another night out on Friday but as it's with an impossibly skinny minnie I know there will be no late kebabs at least! Just wine. Lots of it most probably. Sigh.
So, I need to refocus. For so long it was my best friend's wedding coming up etc. and it was great motivation. That's been and gone and amazing it was too.
It's a tricky time of year to diet what with the nights getting darker, feeling the need to hibernate and then boozing in the run up to Christmas. But if I can lose even 1.5lb per week, i'll be 18 lbs lighter by Christmas, and 30 lbs lighter by my birthday.
