It's expected after last week's huge loss.
I'm going to try have a really strict week of 1200 calories this week, although my Mum is coming down on Wednesday so i'm not too sure how successful that'll be!
My weekends are very boring at the moment, which is depressing, but at least good for the diet. I have drunk only twice this year which is probably the least I have drunk since I was 15!
All my friends are miles away and I hate the town we have lived in for the last year. I feel a bit like life is passing me by in a blur of inactivity. I feel blue.
That's how I feel today. I feel sad, isolated and on top of that grossly overweight. Blah.
ReplyDeletechin up. your weight is going in the right direction, and just remember that great loss from last week. i suggest you force yourself to go for a walk (go on, you'll be happier after) or put on a rockin' song and dance like no-one's watching for three and a bit minutes. xx
