Day one was a success. Phew. One step at a time.
My first (mini) goal is to get to 16 stone 3 lbs.
The scales are a little all over the place, last night I was 16 stone 9 lbs, and this morning I didn't weigh.
I think I'll weigh in on Friday mornings.
I'm not drinking this weekend. It's my downfall and I need a few weeks of being tee-total to get well back on track. Maybe I'll suggest to PP that we go for a long walk/ cycle too.
L and M are back from travelling on the 15th and I'll probably be seeing them a few weeks after that so... second mini goal is to be the lowest I've been yet on this journey- I want to be 15 sotne 7lbs. They haven't seen me since I was 17 stone 11 lbs, so hopefully it'll show.
